Model S-20

The Airlox^TM Model S-20 vise is capable of holding components even with very large amounts of material removed. The “Senior” Airlox^TM Pneumatic Vises are most often used in heavy milling, broaching, and drilling applications as well as in tapping and assembly operations. Many users synchronize the vise jaw movement with operation of machine tools.  This can be achieved with any three-way valve; either manual hand or foot valve—or an electric valve triggered by “M” code in CNC Machine. These vises are regularly supplied with # 2 Brown & Sharpe jaw hold spacing, and soft jaw faces and may be ordered to your specs. The Model S-20 provides a gripping force of 50 times line pressure. Airlox^TM vises, with their quick positive action and high reliability, are very well suited for today’s unattended operation of “pick and place” robots.

Model S-30

The Airlox^TM Model S-30 is similar in application to the Model S-20 and can be mounted in any one of  three positions on the machine table. Sides, base and ends of  these vises can be butted against a long key on the machine for quick alignment and may be mounted in any application. Many users synchronize the vise jaw movement with operation of machine tools. This can be achieved with any three-way valve—either manual hand or foot valve, or an electric valve triggered by “M” code in CNC Machine. Airlox^TM vises, with their quick positive action and high reliability, are very well suited for today’s unattended operation of  “pick and place” robots.

Model S-7

The Airlox^TM Model S-7 vise is capable of holding components even with very large amounts of material being removed. This extremely heavy duty Airlox^TM Pneumatic Vises is designed for maximum holding pressure while maintaining simplicity and efficiency of operation. Many users synchronize the vise jaw movement with operation of machine tools. The Model S-7 provides a gripping force of 90 times line pressure. Model S-50

They have the largest opening between jaw faces of all Airlox^TM Pneumatic Vises. The S-13 Series vises offer power and reliability for your largest machining applications. Many users synchronize the vise jaw movement with operation of machine tools. This can be achieved with any three-way valve—either manual hand or foot valve, or an electric valve triggered by “M” code in CNC Machine. The Model S-13 Series includes the popular S-13 Model and the Airlox^TM S-13-20 and S-13-24 larger versions. They provide a gripping force of 90 times line pressure.
