Many manufacturing processes require special holding device configurations. There are a variety of ways the Airlox^TM Pneumatic Vise can be adapted to meet special conditions.

Tandem and Gang Set Up

Dual set ups are a relatively common adaptation of our vises. Two Airlox^TM Vises can be used side by side. Both are machined and assembled to the same exacting tolerances between the base cross keyway and fixed jaw castings and both are operated by the same machine control.

Jaw Openings

Jaw openings can be modified for larger maximum jaw openings or widened as necessary to meet special requirements.
